Michelle Gray

I have had a passion for fitness and wellness since college.  I have a degree in Dietetics from Memphis State University.  As a mother of 2 children (Dalton & Gracie), I am constantly battling exercise and eating healthy.  Seven years ago, my husband was turning 40 and I told him I would run a half marathon with him if he would join me.  He agreed and finished.  It sparked a passion for running in me and I have run over 10 half marathons since then and trained groups of runners along the way.

I am not gifted with a fast metabolism and truly have to work for results.  I had worked out with a personal trainer for years before I decided to become a trainer myself.  I enjoy studying and preparing for the “perfect workout” for my clients based on their goals and desires.
