Since childhood I have always had a strong connection to exercise and competition. I participated in sports such as swimming, baseball, basketball, football, track & cross country from age six till he graduated high school. It was then that I changed the focus of my workouts from that of a competitive athlete to a lifestyle because I enjoyed the results that were achieved and the overall impact on my health. Finally, at age 29 I started my career in the fitness industry. I enjoy working with all levels of fitness from as young as 12 to as old as 78, changing lives and impacting health. I take on challenges of making better and stronger athletes while training NFL players DeMarcus Ware, Stephen Bowan, Brandon Williams, Robert Brewster, Jay Ratliff and LaMarcus Aldridge of the NBA Portland Trailblazers. I live with my wife Lindsey in Hurst and have four children; Colin, Nick, Marissa and Evelyn. I faithfully believe God has placed me where I can make the most difference in His name by making all the difference in the athletes I train.

I have had a great passion for health and fitness for most of my life. I have never had a naturally friendly metabolism. I realized quickly that working out had to be paired with nutrition for optimal success.
While nutrition is very important, so is physical fitness. I have always been a cardio girl who loves to sweat it out. Once I hit my early 30’s, I decided to try strength training and fell in love with the changes physically that it provides. Strength training has been the key to transforming my body. I lost inches and become stronger. This feeling is what empowers me to train others to do the same!
I have been married since 1991 to my husband Keith and have two children, Dalton and Gracie, that are at Oklahoma State.

I helped open up Southlake 24 in 2007 to 2013. Soon thereafter, my clientele wanted more of a boutique-style gym. Once Impact Performance and Fitness opened in Southlake, I knew that was the perfect fit. I found a passion for athletics at a young age and focused that passion on baseball. I was privileged enough to compete as a college athlete and continue into the independent league. Baseball led me to a strict disciplined approach to weight training as well as an understanding of the importance of fitness to improve athleticism and prevent injury. Since then, I’ve made it a point to stay informed on the latest fitness research and trends.
Integrating my passion in and education for fitness and training, I have strived to be able to demonstrate my proven results on not only myself, but more importantly my desire to share this with my clients. I try to create a fun, motivating atmosphere while challenging your muscles to ensure the best results with every workout.
